The new LMA Strategic Planning Committee
held their first meeting November 4th.
This diverse 11 member committee has been assigned by the LMA to consider
future projects and programs which will enhance our community.
During the next few months the committee will be gathering ideas from
Landings residents as to how the residents envision the future of our very
special neighborhood and what they believe is needed to attain these visions.
The first all resident
brainstorming session was scheduled for November 19th.
As of the
Eagle
deadline the meeting has not yet occurred. The January issue of
The Landings Eagle
will provided detailed results of the brainstorming session.
A follow-up meeting has been
scheduled for Wednesday, February 4th
at 7:00 in the Lakeside Room at the LRC.
It will be at that meeting where action plans will be discussed and
working groups will be formed. All
Landings residents are encouraged to attend and participate.
The future is all of ours to shape and implement.
Let’s work together to make The Landings the best neighborhood it can be.
