The Media Roundtable meets at
The Field Club, Sarasota Florida

Location:
The Field Club is a private club with a long Sarasota history. Their internet site (thefieldclub.com) provides detail on that history.
Media Roundtable and Field Club member, Barbara Pomeroy has agreed to host us (lunch is still Dutch treat, of course) at the club. Club manager and staff have helped us work out the details.
The room is available at 11:30 a.m. Iced tea, tea and coffee orders will be taken as you come it, (Soda and alcoholic libations are discouraged since you must give cash for them to your host, Barbara Pomeroy. Because this is a private club staff is, by law, not permitted to collect funds.)
The menu offers a choice of soups and one of two entrées menu. They change from meeting to meeting.
Directions:
The Field Club is located at the end of Field Road, about half a mile West of the Tamiami Trail (US 41). Field Road meets the trail at the 4th traffic signal South of Bee Ridge (Route 758 for out-of-towners).
The quiet ambiance of The Captain's Room l facilitates our conversations.
The cost of the luncheon, including tip and overhead, is $22.00.
Some of us don't move around quite as fast as we once did. There is a ramp all the way from the parking lot level to the meeting room. Adequate handicap parking very near the entrance.
